Exchanges & Returns

Due to current Covid-19 pandemic, returns and exchanges are currently not being accepted. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

While we always want you to be satisfied with your LYNA Couture LLC purchase, we realize sometimes that will not happen.  In that case, we will gladly accept merchandise for return.

If the following conditions are met,  we offer you a gift card for future purchases. We regret that exchanges are not possible. Shipping costs excluding shipping insurance will be refunded if the return is accepted.  Shipping insurance is recommended to save you against damage during return shipping.

Return Conditions:

  • Is in new original condition
  • Has not been washed, worn, or altered, snagged, stained or damaged in any way.  It is free from all deodorant marks and any make-up or foundation.
  • All tags are still attached.
  • Is accompanied by the original invoice
  • Is returned according to the schedule below:

RETURN TIMING

  • Within 7 days for full-price items
  • Can not return customized items
  • Products bought on pop up shows, or personally in store with sale discounts by cash are not returnable.  Sale items cannot be returned/exchanged.
  • Exchanged items are not eligible for returns/exchanges.

Your credit card company may take up to 2 weeks to process the credit on your account.

  • Submit a Return Request
  • We will send you a prepaid return shipping label via email.
  • Return your item(s) via USPS
  • Once we receive your item(s), we will process your return within 2 business days.  We'll send you an email when your return is processed.

*A restocking fee of $7.50 will be deducted from all Refunds.  Returns for Store Credit are free.
